Breath of Frost + Chill

Hi,

as the headline may tell you i would like to add a "chill" effect to those woh are affected by the spell "Breath of Frost"

Breath of Frost got buff.

Make a trigger.

Wait 1.00 second.

Pick all units with that buff and create a dummy unit that cast slow.

That would affect all units with that buff on the map I guess, you could do it within range, but then enemies could tele away! or blink out of range, etc.

Well why would anyone else on the map have that buff unless they were affected by another instance of that spell? It would still be MUI.
