Is this a laptop or a desktop? For how long have you had this computer? Have you ever cleaned it / changed the processor thermal paste? Did you ever change the hard disk?
For me it sounds like it's either overheating (happened to me in the past) or the hard disk is starting to die, due to bad sectors.
If it's a desktop, you might also have problems with the hard disk power/data connector. I was getting random BSODs once and the power cable for the hard disk had a pretty worn out connector. I replaced both data and power cables just to be sure and haven't got a BSODs since.
