Buy skills from Shop

Hello. I want my hero to be able to buy skills from shops. What I've done so far is: Made a dummy item(based off of a tome), set Automatically Use when Aquired to True. This worked when I used it to get spells from a shop, and it uses the same Dummy Buff. Made a simple test to test if it would work:

Spellcaster
    Events
        Unit - A unit Acquires an item
    Conditions
        (Item-type of (Item being manipulated)) Equal to |cffccff00Spellcaster Class|r
        ((Hero manipulating item) is A Hero) Equal to True
    Actions
        Hero - Learn skill for (Triggering unit): Feral Spirit
        Hero - Learn skill for (Triggering unit): Healing Blast

So far, nothing is happening. At all. The effects of using the tome shows up but nothing more.
I've also tried to use "Hero manipulating item" in the Learn Skill trigger.

For poster above this, try do Add Ability instead of Learn Skill.

That's what I did. I think Learn skill just enables the hero to learn it. Not sure though.

        ((Hero manipulating item) is A Hero) Equal to True <-- For heroes only
    Actions
        Unit - *wanted spell* to (Triggering unit)

Nah, that wasn't what I was looking for. Just wanted some simple stuff for prototyping. Thanks anyways ^^
