I am attempting to assign the 'Cannibalize' ability to an item, so whenever the item is clicked ingame, the unit carrying it cannibalizes a nearby corpse, as the ability is intended to do. However, the range of the ability seems to be extremely small, no matter how much I edit the 'range' property in the object editor. The unit has to literally stand directly on top of the corpse in order to use the item, whereas a ghoul using cannibalize normally can be a few yards away, and when the ability is clicked they will move closer and cannibalize the corpse. Anyone know why the unit with the item won't do the same?
