Cant Understand..

Ok..heres the problem..
i want a spell like shapeshift(lycan) in dota and used metamorphosis....changed the alternate unit thingy and normal form and when i test the spell..the unit does not change only stats and get wierd thingys..
IF you are able to do it pls post map or tell me whats wrong?
