Could someone take a look at this SIMPLE trigger and tell me why doesnt it work ?

    Events
        Unit - A unit Dies
    Conditions
    Actions
        If (All Conditions are True) then do (Then Actions) else do (Else Actions)
            If - Conditions
                ((Dying unit) has buff Dark Guard ) Equal to True
            Then - Actions
                Game - Display to (All players) the text: WORKING !
            Else - Actions
                Do nothing

There it is .. and for some reason it doesnt show text WORKING ...
I am losing my nerves with this heap of S H * T... help ?

When a unit dies it loses its buff, or at least that would be whats wrong... I'm not sure. I hated working with buffs I just used variables for it all. Try using "Life less than 1.00" instead, I dont really know though

EDIT~Or use a custom value, when they get hit set it to 2 when they die set to 1 (assuming 1 is default, Im not sure). Just check the custom value.

There is no generic " unit life " ... so that out of the question ... jesus christ with this editor, it always gets limited to coolest things I can come up with.. :banghead:

You can use a target variable, when the unit gets hit by the spell set it to a unit variable, have a map init trigger "add a new event" (which allows variables) to the trigger and viola, it will check when the unit dies.
