Creeps aren't giving any gold !

Suddenly creeps stopped giving gold I'm not sure what the problem is...

They are set to give 5 gold a kill plus 1 dice roll and 1 dice amount ..

is it something in gameplay constants?

What do you mean 'suddenly'

When did they stop giving gold? Do they award gold at first in-game, and then stop awarding gold after something happens, or have they just stopped giving gold all together after you saved the map once?

No they just dont give any gold from map initialization (when game loads). They were giving gold up until now ...

only thing i can think of is if you somehow changed the owning player for all the units from neutral hostile to another player between 1 and 12

Neutral Hostile - Have bounty already set up
Players ( 1 - 12 ) - Dont have bounty set up , you will need to allow bounty for them.
Player/Turn Player Flag On/Off for <Player> - Do that for your creep team.
