Custom voice sets

Hiya! <3

I was wondering. In the map I'm trying to make, none of the set voices actually fit the theme of the map.
Is it possible to create your own voices, and put them in lieu of the "BETRAYER OF THE LIGHT DURR" voices that Warcraft III naturally comes with?

Also, I'm interested in creating custom models for my map. How would I go about doing that?

In my experience, recorded voices require exceptional good equipment for recording and turn into gigantic .wav files. You could just clip a voice set together from existing recordings, e.g. I used Wavepad Sound Editor to create a voice set for Archimonde.

You could ask FannyShaver? He does custom sounds for people, last I've seen . They're pretty good too.
