Yes. Create a variable out of the 'if' block then remove it after.

Edit: Sorry, didn't know it was at the primary condition. In your case, have an if then else line in the 'Actions' part and then do appropriately.

ok. so would this trigger be leak-less now? (in my game i have an ability that summons a storm cloud unit which attacks random units in the area (yes i know monsoon does something similar, but i wanted the lightning bolts to stun the target for a second)

EDIT2: could it be because the storm cloud unit has the LOCUST ability? Does LOCUST make it so that it wont be picked in unit groups?[/B]

Yes and no. Locust units aren't detected in an area (eg. Units In Range or Units In Region), but they can be picked with certain unit group actions. Either use Units Owned By Player instead, or add them to a group when they're created and later just pick through that group.
