Hello, I wanna learn creating flash animations but Idk where to download the program to be used? Where can I see it?...

Well, flash is an expensive program, if you want to use it you have to illegally download it. I don't (for legal purposes ) advise using the program UTorrent, and I don't advise getting torrents from scrapetorrent.com

Yeah, I wouldn't advise downloading BitLord either. I know a lot of people who search it on Google and download it because it's free. Especially since you can download so many different things with it. It's just wrong though.

Anyways, there is no program that can replace flash... Flash is super extreme pro skillful.
As for tutorials, flashkit.com/tutorials is a much better resource than anything from Newgrounds, Newgrounds gives you tonnes of viruses n stuff.

(I checked out that flash thing (didn't dl however) and it says it supports Flash 5 actionscript, which sucks, so if you plan to actionscript you'll need newer flashes like MX or 8)

That program can replace Flash.
As for the flash player, you should always get the lastest version at
