Easy way to stop this from repeating?

What is the easiest way to fix this trigger so that after someone leaves or is defeated the actions aren't spamed every second?

    Time - Every 1.00 seconds of game time

    For each (Integer A) from 1 to 12, do (Actions)

            If (All Conditions are True) then do (Then Actions) else do (Else Actions)

Errr.. Turn off the trigger? By the way, what is the condition to turn off the trigger? It depends on what you want?

I think my actions are screwed up instead of checking if a player has left the game i should make the action if a player has left the game. Idk what action i can use 4 the other 1 tho...
