Can you hide your email
I know i can just delete it from my profile but I do have some emails sent to me by the site. So is there anyway to hide my email without deleting it?

Do you mean ones from these site bots (or whatever they are)...

If so, then go to "User CP > Edit Options" and uncheck whatever you don't want to receive emails from.
