I just want to do if i do my custom spell, the unit will have the little thing ( that )
the problem is if i do like that for my custom spell ( translation -> level 1 - stats - roots ) it will do twice time my spell because i do that

Well are you trying to make the entangled unit have the "Banish icon" or the casting unit have it?
