exporting models from wc3

I dont know if this is the right place for this thread but anyway, i'm new to wc3 modeling so i want to export the models from wc3 into my modeling program for editing. I got a huge problem and it's the fact that i can't find any programs that can export/convert the mdx files to 3ds. If anyone know were to find this kind of program pls tell me.

I dont know if it makes any diffrence but i have 3ds max and Oxygen 2.

To edit a model from an existing WC3 model, it is best to use Magos' Model Editor.

What Fegga meant was exporting them from the wc3 folder so we can import it to Oxegyn and 3d studio max. He can't really seem to find out how to do it and we need the human male villager model to edit it for our own needs. =) (Fegga is too lazy to reply so I do it for him.)
