How to make a skill base like "toss" in dota, without making alternative unit and can be used for any unit or hero. Please and Thank You.

There're no alternative dummies for such ability. This has Toss. You can use it in your map. Add credit if the maker requires you to. Use search for other abilities. There are a lot of submissions here.

well, i want to do a skill of adding flying height on my own. I want to do it with GUI, thats my problem, hehe.
