Help with an ability (frost wave)

Hi,
I wanna make an ability like the Shockwave but with a freezing effect... The units hit it by this wave will have their movement speed reduced for a few seconds.

Is there any ability in the World Edit that I can use to do this? Or if I have to trigger it can someone give me a clue about how to start doing it?

I think you can just modify breath of frost so that it doesn't get wider..

of course you CAN also trigger it.. if you wanted to trigger it, I would create a dummy unit that looks like a shockwave when cast, and a periodic trigger that moves it and then orders it to cast thunderclap or similar

Yes, you can use Breath of Frost, but not on its own, since it has no slow effect. What you want to do is detect the damage from a spell, then check the unit for the Breath of Frost buff. If the buff exists, then the damage has been dealt from Breath of Frost, so remove the buff and make a dummy to slow the unit.
