Help with an RPG please

I wanted to ask a question, wonder if someone could answer it.
What should I do so that:
1.Races aren't selectable (i.e. like in DotA Sentinel are Night Elf, Scourge are Undead)
2.Only 2 teams - in my case Alliance and Horde
I have done them from the forces menu but when the map starts up it doesn't display them like the DotA-style Scourge and Sentinel (i.e. when you change your team to team two, it puts you down the bottom, etc.)

1: Do Fixed player settings under the force tab

2:Check the box custom forces and add them in under the forces tab.
