Help with this morph ability.

Uhm... Can anyone help me with the Metamorphosis ability because I'm trying to make Demon Hunter turn into Ilidan(Evil) when I use it. The problem is, it turns into the Alternate Form(The Dark One). Is there any way on how to fix it?


It can be either of these:
1. Fix the alternate form.
2. Use GUI triggers.

fix the alternate form obviously.

make custom unit, with the model file u want, then choose that one as the morphed unit

There's an option in the object editor to change what the hero morphs into, simply click it to change it and find the other unit you want it to be changed to.

just change the unit form in the ability in object editor

That's what I did. The problem is, it shows the morphed one instead of the Normal one. (The one with wings.)

Check: Techtree - Dependency Equivalents.
You should have "Demon Hunter (Demon form)" there.

Which one? In the skill? Unit? Gameplay Constants?

Object Editor - Units - click on the hero without that "thing" will everything screw up. If you have it, then check:

Level - Data - Alternate form unit ... here you put in what you want your hero to morph into.

Level - Data - Normal form unit ... Here you put in the unit with the morph ability - the normal form before morphed.
