Well the hero basically revolves around what the time of day is... Primary att is intel and he just needs one more skill preferably offensive and not passive. His current skills are Perpetual Combustion which causes damage and stuns during the night and burns over time during the day, Perpetual Flame which causes damage per second during the day and slows nearby enemies during the night and is passive, and his ulti Perpetual Shift which simply changes the time of day to night or day depending on what it is when cast. I need a large offensive spell so I can consider the hero useful. I also want it to have one effect during the day and a different one at night. What it does you can choose, just need different affects for the different times... That's about it... Thx in advance.

Nothing haha. Perpetual Combustion is an active spell while the other is passive... I just like to word things so they don't sound repetitive 0.o.

Perpetual Orb/Blast
If cast in day release a powerful perpetual orb which damages nearby enemies and reduce damage
If cast in night releases a powerful perpetual blast which silencing nearby enemies and reduces their armor

POWER REVOLVER
Consumes the energy around the Hero, amplifying its uses to the fullest.
While in the presence of day, an illuminating orb will be conjured and hurled to the target area, dealing such immense damage that, for some reason, heals overtime when the target is not killed, but is then unable to fight back due to the blindness that they may have taken.
While in the presence of the night, projectiles of darkness are thrown to all the enemies on the area that, not only creates an illusion of each target, but also putting them on an eternal nightmare that deals damage to them overtime while also completely defenseless, amplifying damages by a percentage.

Example of DAY:
deals 300 damage, but heals 30 hp/s for 5 seconds (meaning, they retain half of the damage they have taken, excluding armor resistance)

Example of NIGHT:
creates an illusion that deals 30% of the damage and takes threefolds damage. ensnared in position, 20 dps and takes 10% more damage from any attack for 3 seconds.
