No, but you can see how many saves youve had.

Well.. there's a simple test.

Go to the bathroom and look to the mirror

If you don't see anything suspicious, you haven't been working too hard on the map.
If you see somewhat tired person, you have worked for the map for some time
If you see a slick person with bloody eyes and snarled hair - you sure spent some time on the map.
If what you see somewhat reminds of a zombie - well, you have worked on your map for a very very long time
If you can't see anything, well, it's the right time to release the beta of your map.
