How can I make it so all players have to be human?

umm-check fixed player setings and fixed start locations and everything and set the slots you want to be human/computer as human/computer? maybe? not sure...?

Make everyone Human

Yes you can: Go to Scenario, Player Properties, and there you decide how many players and whos gonna be Computer or User and what name Red should have and stuff like that. When you have changed all User slots and/or Computer Slots you go to Forces, and you click in Use Custom Forces and Fixed Player Setting - At Forces you can also decide whos gonna be Allied or Hostile to what player etc I hope you get it fixed.

(if you dont click in Fixed Player Setting it will not work)
