How do I loop a Fountain animation?

How do I get a Fountain of Life aura to loop the heal animation? Like in Dota.

Is this a triggered effect? Or can I just find a certain type of effect and apply it to the buff?

It does it by default...
I don't play DotA. But I assume you mean the effect created on units the fountain is healing.
