How do i move a custom unit from one map to another?

i want to move my units from one map to another because on the 1st map i have all my food limits set to 0 and custom units made, how do i transfer them to my other map? please help!

Copy and paste. Select the unit, press CNTRL + C and CNTRL + V in your map.

Or export/Import object data.

Both HydraRancher and tommerbob said it... It depends.
If it's just 1 units, open the map you want to take the unit from and Ctrl + C, and then open the map you want your unit to be at, open the Object Editor and Ctrl + V.
If it's a large amount of units, go to the map you want to take the units from and do File > Export all object data, and save it somewhere you remember. Then go to the map you want your units to be and do File > Import object data and search for the object data file you saved before.

Problem with importing object data is it overwrites your original units.
