How do you make a Game Menu?

I Have it so the Game menu pops up when the game starts Saying Location Picker.
But I need it so it will have 3 Buttons.
Exp:
Game Menu:
Location Picker:
Button1:Team1
Button2:Team2
Button3:Team3
How do I set this up? Please help, Thanks.
