How do you make the players fixed colors?

I've tried a few different things and can't get the players colors to lock. When the game starts I want the computer to be red but it is always random. I have no ISOM or Guedit but I do have emerald platinum placer patch which i must say is the best patch ever. Anyway can I lock the colors with what I have? How do I do it, and if I can't what do I need? Thanks for your replies.

Anyways, if you can't use that patch of yours to use player colors, why don't you use GUEdit ... sigh.

if u want them to be normal colors u can just go to scenario, forces and unselect random starting locationissed:
