This skill is :
Level 1 : 4% of current hp in damage
Level 2 : 5% of current hp in damage
Level 3 : 6% of current hp in damage
Spell description : When this spell is activated it gives bonus damage equal to your current hp.
Buff last 10 seconds or something like that
Cooldown 20 seconds or something like that
PS: I didnt remember exactly the cooldown and duration sry, but mana cost is 0

Ghan has said he has fixed this. Monovertex please confirm this fix. This was only a problem with people that had signatures in the upper levels like not the special members but the respected members.
