How to make an Effect Area Knockback?

Hi! This time I'm trying to create a spell that do damage and knock all enemies units around the caster away from the caster.

But I don't know how to properly detect all the unit and make them knockback, I only how to do that on one unit

The spell is that: when cast it knock back all unit around the caster to exactly the position of the caster offset by 825 distance. (So For example: if one unit is standing 225 distance away from the caster they would be knockback for 600 Range while if another unit is standing 725 distance away from the caster then they would only be knockback for 100 range ) This is my method, stored all enemies units within Area of Effect by first storing storing them into unit group and then Loop Integer the number of units group to stored all of them individually into a variable with arrays

then turn on a time based trigger that'll do the knockback

This is my attept, full of Arrays and Integer

Trigger:
  • Blast Wave
    • Events
      • Unit - A unit Starts the effect of an ability
    • Conditions
      • (Ability being cast) Equal to Blast Wave
    • Actions
      • Set BlastWave_ArrayInteger = 0
      • Set BlastWave_Caster = (Triggering unit)
      • If (All Conditions are True) then do (Then Actions) else do (Else Actions)
        • If - Conditions
          • (Level of Blast Wave for BlastWave_Caster) Equal to 1
        • Then - Actions
          • Set BlastWave_Group = (Units within 625.00 of (Position of BlastWave_Caster) matching (((Matching unit) belongs to an enemy of (Owner of BlastWave_Caster)) Equal to True))

To tell you the truth, I don't really know the method of creating a spell which affect all unit within the range yet (So far it's either a spell based on one already existed or if it ones that I created by myself it would only affected one unit)

So could anyone tell me how to this spell? I feel that it is essential and I would be using it a lot if I were to continued making my map

So what exactly if the problem? Have you tested your ability and it didn't work? If so, what happened when you casted the ability?

You should put debug messages into your code to find where the problem is. For example have the game display a message in your loop in the second trigger, so you can confirm if any units are ending up in your unit group.

    Signatures can be edit in your account profile. As for the old stuffs, I'm thinking it's because Blizzard is now under Microsoft, and because of Microsoft Xbox going the way it is, it's dreadful.

    Crazy how much 3d printing has come in the last few years. Sad that it's not as easily modifiable though

    I bought an Ender 3 during the pandemic and tinkered with it all the time. Just bought a Sovol, not as easy. I'm trying to make it use a different nozzle because I have a fuck ton of Volcanos, and they use what is basically a modified volcano that is just a smidge longer, and almost every part on this thing needs to be redone to make it work

    Luckily I have a 3d printer for that, I guess. But it's ridiculous. The regular volcanos are 21mm, these Sovol versions are about 23.5mm

    So, 2.5mm longer. But the thing that measures the bed is about 1.5mm above the nozzle, so if I swap it with a volcano then I'm 1mm behind it. So cool, new bracket to swap that, but THEN the fan shroud to direct air at the part is ALSO going to be .5mm to low, and so I need to redo that, but by doing that it is a little bit off where it should be blowing and it's throwing it at the heating block instead of the part, and fuck man

    I didn't realize they designed this entire thing to NOT be modded. I would have just got a fucking Bambu if I knew that, the whole point was I could fuck with this. And no one else makes shit for Sovol so I have to go through them, and they have... interesting pricing models. So I have a new extruder altogether that I'm taking apart and going to just design a whole new one to use my nozzles. Dumb design.

    Can't just buy a new heatblock, you need to get a whole hotend - so block, heater cartridge, thermistor, heatbreak, and nozzle. And they put this fucking paste in there so I can't take the thermistor or cartridge out with any ease, that's 30 dollars. Or you can get the whole extrudor with the direct driver AND that heatblock for like 50, but you still can't get any of it to come apart

    Partsbuilt has individual parts I found but they're expensive. I think I can get bits swapped around and make this work with generic shit though
