How to make Disease cloud dispell able? When i give dispell to a unit and he cast it on another unit that have Disease Cloud, nothing happens.

Of course, it is a physical spell and physical spells cannot be dispelled no matter what. You can actually shadow strike the units around the caster every 1.00 seconds but make sure the spell does no initial damage.

afaik the only way to dispell that would be removing the buff...or simply all negative buggs on cast.

yea, you could trigger dispell to remove the disease cloud buff in its aoe.
