how to prevent shop selling to opposite race or team?

Maybe have a very small hidden tower, or add abilities to the shops that kill any enemies that come near in one hit, much like the dota fountain, you can still buy things, but you cant make it close enough to do so.

Just set the merchant to be owned by a computer..which is ally of some players you want them to buy from the shop...and the other merchant set to other computer and he will be ally with the other players ...that's how he'll sell only to who you want ...
