how to use spells in triggers

is there a way to make a trigger use spells like using using breath of fire and flame strike in a trigger

you create a unit and then use the trigger to make them cast the spell.. there's a small delay, but that's pretty much it

Yes.

Event - Unit starts the effect of an ability.
Condition - Ability being cast = Breath of Fire
Create Dummy unit at point
Add Flamestrike to last created unit.  (needs to cost 0 mana and have no casting time)
Order last created unit to human blood mage - flamestrike point2
Unit - Add expiration timer of 2 seconds to last created unit
