Hp or MP regen on command

Im making a Map based on Godzilla unleashed (for the wii) I wish i had some models

Anyways...in the game..you can charge your energy but that stops your hp regen

In the game I put the hp regen to 0 and made a trigger to give the monster a rune of hp set to give 1 hp...does a rune use itself even if the unit has full health?

So i ahve that down...but i need to know how when you have the ability for charge energy/ health...how will it switch and turn the other off?

I also need to know how the "Wisp in circle gets hero" works

I need to switch between mana regen and hp regen with the other off......i should test my theory

I'd make it have two abilities, one with HP regen and the second for MP regen. When he goes to charge his MP, remove the HP regen skill and add the MP regen skill. Base the two skills off the ones the fountains of hp/mana use.

or what if i used a text command like -E (for energy) or -H (for health)

yeh like a command red/blue who ever types command as -E as exact match give +1 energy per second or saink and then it stops the other and when they type -H it stops E and u get health
