I created a unit through the object editor and changed its graphics as a spell. I gave it locust. I have a trigger that whenever a hero casts a spell, a dummy unit will be created that is visible that tricks players that it is a missle but it is just a unit.
The problem comes into play when the dummy unit missle targets another unit and follows it, when the enemy becomes out of range of the hero the missle just sits there being dumb. Again you can pretty much translate it to having your own unit follow an enemy unit, but when the enemy unit becomes out of range ur unit cannot attack the enemy since it doesn't see it.
I hope that makes sense. How do I fix this?
