i need help opening the tutorials

whenver i download a tutoial from these forums i go to open it and it just asks if i want to save it to the disk or open it again, i click open and it opens a new tab on firefox that is blank

how do i actually make the tutorial open up

If its a demo map or something, just click save to disk
