Heya, I am looking for help about some "simple" triggers. I am at the moment making my own little hero arena. And they're are some things that i need help with. Ehm first of all... how is the creeps respawn trigger (please explain).
How is the Hero respawn ( a little like the DoTa respawn with respawn at camp, Like 20 sec respawn time at lvl 5 and 40 at lvl 7 ). How does i make the different team heroes to respawn at their own camps. How does i make certain Hero (ancient of wonders) smaller without i have to make him stand in the map already. And how does i make a gambler skill (troll) that can be deadly or pathetic like 1-500 DMG?. Thanks alot (; i know i'm helpless :banghead: And any ideas for some good abomination skills?

What do You mean? no-one has tried your map so what are the creeps respawning for, and why are they respawning? Are the like DotA or Heroline creeps that walk down a lane only you want the to respawn somewhere when they die or are they just sitting around. Also, where do you want them to respawn?

For the DotA respawn trigger, try this:
Trigger:
  • Unit Dies
    • Events
      • Unit - A unit Dies
    • Conditions
      • ((Triggering unit) is A Hero) Equal to True
    • Actions
      • Set ReviveHero[(Player number of (Owner of (Dying unit)))] = (Dying unit)
      • Countdown Timer - Create a timer window for RespawnTimer[(Player number of (Owner of (Dying unit)))] with title Revive in:
      • Set RevivalTimerwindow[(Player number of (Owner of (Dying unit)))] = (Last created timer window)
      • Countdown Timer - Start RespawnTimer[(Player number of (Owner of (Dying unit)))] as a One-shot timer that will expire in (1.00 + ((Real((Hero level of (Dying unit)))) x 3.00)) seconds
      • Countdown Timer - Hide (Last created timer window)
      • Countdown Timer - Show (Last created timer window) for (Owner of (Dying unit))

And to respawn player 1 this:
Trigger:
  • Respawn P1
    • Events
      • Time - RespawnTimer[1] expires
    • Conditions
    • Actions
      • Hero - Instantly revive ReviveHero[1] at (Player 12 (Brown) start location), Show revival graphics
      • Camera - Pan camera for Player 1 (Red) to (Player 12 (Brown) start location) over 0.00 seconds
      • Countdown Timer - Destroy RevivalTimerwindow[1]

To respawn player 2 this:
Trigger:
  • Respawn P2
    • Events
      • Time - RespawnTimer[2] expires
    • Conditions
    • Actions
      • Hero - Instantly revive ReviveHero[2] at (Player 12 (Brown) start location), Show revival graphics
      • Camera - Pan camera for Player 2 (Blue) to (Player 12 (Brown) start location) over 0.00 seconds
      • Countdown Timer - Destroy RevivalTimerwindow[2]

and continue to follow the pattern (if you can't see the pattern please tell me.

For abominations abilities try playing DotA as pudge and seeing his abilities or use a few of these:
Corpse Flies: Summons an army of flies around the abomintation to attack his enemies.
Corpse spread: turns the abominations into a number of corpses on the ground which necromancers can revive.
Split: Splits the abomination into an army of ghouls which eventually turn back into the abomination.

Thanks alot guys very helpfull (; And i understand why you're confused ( xD kinda tired ) But ehm i mean yea like DoTa respawn Forest. And thanks for triggers and advice (abomination) ill try ghoul army (call it troyan horse) xD but guys i was working on something just made a new hero (stormrunner) and it has some storm skills = Electro shock (Animate dead) Magnetic field (kinda like entangling roots) and my new ulti Stormbeacon (its a Global map Immolation) the problem with beacon is that i have made it so it ONLY damage Heroes but it does aggro the mobs just wondering if that can be fixed or you know another way to make global dot.

1. For the Immolation thing, only select 'enemy' and 'hero'. Do not allow 'ground', 'air', 'neutral' ect. Other than that I can't help you unless the creeps will not have any other spells cast on them. If that is the case, just give them spell imunity
2. For respawn trees, try this:
Trigger:
  • Respawn Trees
    • Events
      • Time - Every 45.00 seconds of game time
    • Conditions
    • Actions
      • Destructible - Pick every destructible in (Playable map area) and do (Actions)
        • Loop - Actions
          • Destructible - Resurrect (Picked destructible) with (Max life of (Last created destructible)) life and Show birth animation

Hmmmm..

The beacon still dont work ;( sad, its a nice ulti (; But thanks for forest respawn (; really helping my map, maybe if any of you wanna try it just send a mail / MSN me : [email protected], Could be nice with some fresh eyes (;
