Import Manager Problem

Whenever I open the import manager it all works fine, I can import.. do whatever I need.. problem is, whenever I try to import WE just completly closes out! 2 Questions.
1. How do I fix this?
2. Has anyone else ever had this problem?

Umm... its contradictory... "...it all works fine, i can import..." then you say "whenever i try to import, WE just completely closes out!" so ...does it work fine or not?

No I mean I need to get lucky to acualy get the files there. I CAN import files, but for some reason when I try to do this the program shuts down.

Idk, never had/heard this before. It may be the file, try opening a random file. See if it works.

Trust me I've had to deal with this forever. The file makes no difference, when I click the "Import File" button, it shuts down.
