How do I make it so that I can use these integers in another trigger?
I mean, a trigger like the second trigger I'm about to post.

  • Actions
    • Set Red = 10
    • Set Blue = 10
    • Set Teal = 10
    • Set Purple = 10
    • Set Yellow = 10
    • Set Orange = 10
    • Set Green = 10
    • Set Pink = 10

  • Events
    • Player - Player 1 (Red) types a chat message containing display integer red as An exact match
  • Conditions
  • Actions
    • Game - Display to (All allies of Player 1 (Red)) the text: (String(Red))

Store the Integers at Map Initialization

it wont keep setting it back to 10 right?

No unless you apply some periodic event like unit dies, timer expires and the timer keeps refreshing, every X seconds of game time etc etc

If you only set them at one period of time, they will be good. Because that event passed and its not coming back. So map initialisation is a good call, you can also use Game time is X seconds. and thats it.


So set the variables once to some value and never do it again. They won't change
