Irony Ink - Free Image Host

I just made this site http://www.ironyink.110mb.com/ using my knowledge of php and some help from some of the users here. (Rinpun, Mase, DDRtist)*

This site is like Imageshack or like Photobucket. You upload a picture so you can share it with others online.

What the site has at the moment:

• Upload Restrictions (Size & Filetype)
• It has URL Link (Acual Link), HTML Tag, and IMG Code (For Forums)
• Basic Design (No Ads"PopUp"; Very Simple Navigation)

What might happen later:

• Video Uploading
• User Accounts with "My Pictures" Feature
• Create an Album Feature.

It's nice, but it certainly needs some improvement in certain areas.

Well, its the same way when you upload on Imageshack without having an account.

What kind of improvements? Do tell

Its only if you have security flaws. Do either they will check with a php file or something and leave the site alone or just delete the site.. I hope its the first one. BTW Jindo I was updating the site it was doing that until I left the page editor.

It's cool but unnecessary, I'm sure there are over 100 of these image uploading sites now.

No, they state that they don't allow such sites at all.

Nice, but you should use a database so you can restrict it to accounts only (or just a username) and so the uploader can give a description of the file and so that way u can make an upload list page.

Something like: (You can't upload bc I'm still workin on a user system for the search function i'm going to add on lol)

I was checkin out your site and I thought that you had a list that shows what you're allowed to upload. Guess I was wrong, so you should put a list of what yo u can upload (the file types) in the upload page.

I noticed you allow flash files. Might want to look into setting some options via the HTML call, so people don't exploit it.

Actually they host 2 GB of space. They used to do 110 MB and then they upgraded it to 2GB. I once tried to host a SMF with 110mb but I didn't have the ID needed to add mods. I'm 14. I don't have a water or electric bill or a bank something.

Birth certificate? edit out anything that's not required of course. (Still not sure if it's a solid idea though)

There probably lying...most of the times sites say something and don't enforce it..like myspace..it says no nude pictures and what not..but I'm sure people will have them..

J/W What would happen if someone hosted a picture with the same name. Because i noticed it didnt add any extra letters or numbers, wouldit overwrite it?
