Item Ability: Barrage

Hey there, I have just started a map and have encounted a problem within the object editor, it is something I have never tried before. I have seen this done in the past and would like to use it.
What "It" is, is the ability Barrage on an item, so when you get the item it shoots rockets at nearby air units.
I added the ability, yet it doesn't seem to shoot at the air units.
Can anyone help?

First of all - what ability are you using?

I believe you should be using the Phoenix Fire.

I am using Barrage, I will try pheonix fire.
Edit: Alright I tried using pheonix fire, it works but the only problem is that it targets all units instead of just two or three.

Use Barrage xD I forgot what it was.

Change the Stats - Targets Allowed to Air, Ground, Enemy.
