I have Units with 10.00 cooldown time on their attack, i want it to be 3.00 if they get item Sword.
i used gloves of haste ability with attack speed increase 0.70 with the idear that 70% of 10.00 = 7.00 -> 10.00 - 7.00 = 3.00, however the time between the attacks is longer than 3 seconds.

Question 1: what speed do i need to get exact 3.00 seconds?
Question 2: what is the formula of attack speed increament?

100% would be half the time, so to get 300...you would need 200%, which would be 3.333333 seconds.

Just think of it like this- 100% is 2x faster, 200% = 3x faster, 300% = 4x faster etc etc.
50%= 1.5x faster, 30%= 1.3 times faster, 10%= 1.1x times faster, etc etc.

So 3 exact is pretty impossible, since 3 into 10 is a non-terminating decimal.
