contact blizzard.com support they somewhat helped a friend of mine with this before even though they do not directly support it they know a lot.

I'm pretty sure Blizzard does not support vJass. They'll just ban my cd-key lol.

Tried saving your map within the folder:
C:\Wc3Prog\jassnewgenpack5b\jasshelper\demos

Try to open one of the demo maps then within the folder
C:\Wc3Prog\jassnewgenpack5b\jasshelper\demos
then without changing anything, save it, save it twice/trice.
Restart the world editor, open it again and save, still nothing?

JassHelper works for these maps, but when I close and re-open it after, it's not working back.

I think its because I have Vista.

You need to restart world editor. When starting world editor, the splash screen should be NewGen's 1, not original... If it is original, please restart it until NewGen's splash screen come out..
