"Largest army" - 3 units...

I'm sure you have all seen, several hundred times, the final score screen in the game?
Plenty of stats, like Hero level, gold mined, units killed...

And there is "Largest army".
Question: what exactly counts towards that largest?

No, it's not "anything that moves and is yours".
Unless it would be somehow "limited" to melee only?

Either way, any ideas?

I think the largest army is the highest food count that anyone ever reaches throughout the course of the game.
At least, that's what it looks like to me after playing lots of melee games.
It never seems to go higher than 100, which IS the food cap for a melee game....

Maybe the largest army is the most amount of ANY type of unit that the player has at one point in the game.

As in, buildings, workers, combat units, summons, heroes, everything.

It's the highest amount of food you used in the game. For example, I train units so that I have 60 food, they die, game ends. My Largest Army counts as 60.

I don't think that can be, though.
I've seen computers get up to 100 as their largest army in melee games, and there is no way they had 100 of the same type of unit.

btw with Night Elves you can have more than 100 food even if it's the limit (who is going to use 45g for 1 food and a limit of ~40 seconds¿?..).

And you can have, for example :
- The game ended while you were making (for instance) 4 chims (+20 food), you had only 65 food as units created, so your food up to 85.
- The final score says 85 food.
