I have an idea to bring from the 360 to battlenet, but I'm not too advanced in triggers, so can someone help me out with how to make the triggers for each section?

If you havent heard about this game, its a survival horror.there will be 8 people separated into 2 teams randomly:
Boss Infected, and Survivors.
Survivors: there will be 4 people, these 4 people will have 3 lives.
Lives: when a survivor's life goes 0, its body is left there for a fellow survivor to "pick up". If all bodies are on the ground at once, the survivors lose the round. these bodies cannot be affected by the "infected". when a survivor has one life left, if he dies, hes gone for the rest of the round.the survivors must survive for 15 minutes.if all survivor's have 0 lives, the round is reset, the "infected" score one point. but if the survivors survive for 15 minutes, they score a point, and the round resets.the number of rounds will be voted upon by the players. im not sure how the weapons will work for the survivors, but in the actual game it works a lot like counter strike with a buy zone.
Boss Infected: there are 4 types:
The Boomer- an obese zombie that has the ability to vomit on the survivors, causing their screens to become distorted and green, causing the survivors that are sprayed to become 10% slower. upon death, the boomer spew blood on the survivors around it, making a beacon on the map exposing the affected survivors to the boss infected for one minute.
The Hunter- has the ability to jump into higher cliff levels, and can sprint which causes it to run 35% faster.
The Smoker- has the ability to grasp survivors from a good 40 feet away with a long tongue like appendage, and has the ability to make a fog of black smoke, causing nearby survivors's screens to become distorted and black, but this causes the smoker to lose 50% of his health.
The Tank- large amounts of health and damage, can throw survivors, causing the affected survivor to be stunned for 3 seconds as well as be thrown a ways.
the boss infected have no spawn limit, and can keep spawning until the end of the 15 minutes. Extra with each kill, infected or survivor, you get money. infected can buy zombie minions and survivors can buy weapons, or however the system works for the survivors.
The way i actually want weapons to work, you have each slot differently.
Slot 1- primary (assult weapons, rifles, etc)
Slot 2- secondary (pistols etc)
Slot 3- head armor
Slot 4- body armor
Slot 5- accessories (grenades, med packs, ammunition)
Slot 6- accessories (grenades, med packs, ammunition)
Not sure how ammunition will work, if anyone has any ideas please tell.
The weapon system goes like this:
When you have a gun in slot one, you dont have an A attack button, but you get an ability that uses A to attack according to the primary weapon you have, same goes for secondary weapons.
You cant hold 2 primary weapons, 2 secondary weapons, 2 body armors etc.
It will be in a city map, might be third person, not sure. i will use lots of imported models for this map.
