Looking for a certain spell

hi im looking for a certain spell which would would this 2 things:
1) attack based spell (using damage bonus)
2) cooldown is not based on the normal unit attack and could be casted multiple times in a row without any connection to the normal attack speed


if any1 knows of any spell containing those 2 things that would be great

Wouldn't that be a triggered, for the damage bonus, searing arrows?

if i would trigger it i can't base it on damage and all the arrow skills AFAIK are based on the normal attack cooldown

fan of knives is multiple missles i need only a single missle.
i think there isn't one existing....

put a trigger that gives an ability that increase attackers attack speed by 1000% when he's spell is actived

Doesn't it have a field with maximum targets?

Yes, it does. Just change it to 1 if you want it to hit a single unit.

oh i forgot to add that it has to have a target so fan of knives doesn't fit that one.

but i added the ability gloves of haste and it solved it all
