Making a Dummy Move With Triggers

Hello, ok I've started trying to make my own spell based loosely upon a variety of others i've seen, And what i am trying to do is make a spell similar to Shockwave (The orc one). where the caster picks a point, but instead of a golden orb thingy, it creates a dummy unit (a Frost Wyrm) and moves it along the same path.
Currently i am able to spawn the dummy unit however it does not move, nor is removed after has traveled 1000 distance.

I've uploaded my triggers, i was hoping somebody who has dealt with this problem or something similar might point out my mistake.

You might want to try a completely different approach.
A system of triggers, 1 with event of cast spell, but in this, you want to move the dragon and do any other thing. The second trigger needs to be a timer just checking the distance between the dragon and the caster. As for it moving, do you want it to be animated or not, like the dragon flying or the dragon being "thrown"?

You are moving the DR_Dummy to a point only 20 units away from the position of the caster, the caster location is always the same.

Trigger:
  • Set DR_CasterLoc = (Position of DR_Dummy)

Try adding this into the Dragon Slide trigger.

nor is removed after has traveled 1000 distance.
How do you know when he doesn't move at all?

OTHER: Instead of taking a picture, maybe Copy as Text and insert
Trigger:
tags onto the trigger.

I would say this is too complicated for nothing. I think there's easiest way to make it.
Like take shockwave and set it Art - Art missile (Whyrm).

yeh i tried that originally, and black rose is right
the dragon is half in/out of the ground, + it also displays the death effect at the end of its movement,

The problem with this is you have to copy each line of code individually. and becomes tire-some. =[

Do you think its worth it, regardless?

1. Rather than triple-posting, there is an "EDIT" button you can use.
2. You can right-click the part where it has the trigger name and select Copy as text:
This will copy the whole trigger for you.
