Mathematic formula help

Edit: I solved the issue, I had done some bad calculations. This is how I did it:

If (All Conditions are True) then do (Then Actions) else do (Else Actions)
If - Conditions
WildGrowth_Tick[WildGrowth_Loop] Less than 3
Then - Actions
Set Healing = (Healing x (0.19 - ((Real(WildGrowth_Loop)) / 100.00)))
Else - Actions
Set Healing = (Healing x (0.18 - ((Real(WildGrowth_Loop)) / 100.00)))

Why is it so random? make it something like 18 17 16 make it something divisable by another number

Point is, it's supposed to heal for 100% of the number for 7 sec, one tick every sec, each tick healing less. Now, if I had a 1 percent minus per tick, it wouldn't turn out to heal for 100% of the number, but something like 96%.
