Modeling/Skinning Help "InsvisiSkin" ?

Hey all, i just started playin around with modeling and ran into somethin rly annoying. "Spaces" in the skin are replaced with black areas when converted from blp to bmp/jpg and all that. How do you make "spaces" in a skin when skinning?

too lazy*? its in my sig, I don't know if that is being too lazy.

Anyways if you don't have Photoshop you can use GIMP as well.
