Movement Speed

I have played Naruto Battle Royal map and I selected a Rock Lee ( Drunken Master ) and so i looked 1 great spell - he drinks beer and become crazy increasing MS and AS!
His movement was so big ( I think it was 100km/h ) and i can't understand how IT CAN BE . But I know that it was a triggered.
Can someone make this spell for me? HOW TO INCREASE MS TO MAX?

Maximum movespeed is 522.

You can only go pass 522 movespeed by sliding the unit.

I will go dig out my slide triggers for you.

It wouldn't be triggered.
Just base it off the Orc ability, Berserk.
But you need to change a Gameplay Constant to allow the maximum movement speed Warcraft 3 has to offer (which is 522).

To do this, click Advanced>Gameplay Constants...
Then tick the 'use Custom Gameplay Constants' box.
Then scroll down to 'Movement - Unit Speed - Maximum'
And change it to 522.

What do you mean 100km/h? It is not the unit in measuring MS in wc3. Base off the skill from berserk by the way. And all that tidechaos said.

522 is a very fast speed, are you sure your unit is even moving at that speed?
