Name Activated Skins

As the title says. I know how to do this in JASS :banghead: just not GUI could someone help me.

What would you like to do? I really cant get any information out of the title.
Right now it might very well mean that a wolf called wolf will drop a wolf skin because its name is wolf...
Or anything else with "Name" and "Skin" in the same sentence.

There is a hero in my map; I want to change the skin for people who helped make it.

The skin of the model used by that hero?
