need help on a spell

lasts 5/10/15/20 sec.
increase your intellect by 1 each time you cast this spell
stacks 1/2/3/4 times
if a unit haven't cast <spell> in 5/10/15/20 sec., remove all stacked intel.
each time you cast it, it refreshes duration to 5/10/15/20 sec.
i tried, but it didn't work

Unit starts the effect of an ability

ability being cast equal to your spell

If IntInteger less than 5
    then
        set IntInteger = IntInteger + 1
        set intelligence of triggering unit equal to intelligence of triggering unit +1

as for the duration, use timers.
