You mean the Picture that appears towards the left of your name?
That is called an Avatar.
Click on User CP, then edit Profile Picture. Done
You can choose some of the default Avatars already available

i new it was a avatar but i didn't know how to change or pic it

Ghan has said he has fixed this. Monovertex please confirm this fix. This was only a problem with people that had signatures in the upper levels like not the special members but the respected members.
